Introduction: SARS-CoV-2 its infectious diseases was named coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) by the World Health Organization (WHO) pandemic.
The first report on prevalence of SARS-Cov2 at Nicaragua, showed the first cases March 2020 and during the months of June and July began exponential growth
period. The telemedicine can provide rapid access, efficient and immediately available person. This approach has been explored most fully in the context of Covid 19
